can't reply to spam comments?

I can't reply to some comments on my videos because they were put in the spam folder, and there is nothing spammy about them! Its pretty annoying since they are really good feedback comments. Is there anything I can do to reply to them?
 
Approve them first, then you should be able to reply to them. You can't reply to a blocked/unapproved message. Some people are dubbed "spammers" by YouTube's computer system because they have a history on spamming on other videos before. Whenever they comment they're automatically put into the spam folder: perhaps that's why you see unspam-like messages in your spam folder for your videos.
 
You have to approve them in the community section first before you're able to reply to them. The comment system is a bit out of touch since it's doing it's best to make sure you video isn't full of advertisements.
