Can't Login To Maker Max!

I know the fix and tried to post a video guide but unfortunately they did deleted it. Most likely because of the video share. Either way i threw it in my profile. Hopefully that helps.

For those of you that are having trouble getting access, have you tried clicking sign in with Google? This should prompt you to create a username and password so that you can log in. If not, please send a screenshot of what you are seeing and a description of the error through a support ticket at max.makerstudios.com/support.html

Yeah, I too have the same issue. They've replied a few times saying they'll tell technical support, but that was 2 weeks ago, and still no response saying that it's fixed. At least I know now i'm not the only one facing this painful mistake on their behalf!

Did you give my method a shot? It's in my profile under the information tab. Id post it here but they would delete it.

The problem isn't your method it's the fact that some RPM partners are under 18 and if you refer to a google support page(can't give the link) it clearly states that the feature is unavailable to users under 18, which is causing us to not be able to login to over at maker studios when selecting sign in with google.

I've also tried hitting "forgot username" in hopes that I have one and got it set up and just forgot what it was they then ask for the email to send the forgotten username the automated message assures me that the email has been sent however after 2 weeks I still do not have one (I've also retried this processes).[DOUBLEPOST=1399759203,1399757764][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yeah I've tried all this over the past 2 weeks+ I've even tried hitting forgot my username/password I get the automated message saying they sent it, but they don't(yes I have checked my spam). I even tried submitting a ticket through the link you've given after submitting it then says "You will receive an email confirmation after successfully submitting your ticket. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder." I've checked my email, it seems the automated emails aren't being sent to the email I'm giving, maybe they're going to the weird "email" thing that ends in @pages.plusgoogle.com instead of the correct email?
