Cant Gain Subscribers ?

Looking for abit of help , i get views and likes but i dont gain subs or comments on my videos ? if anyone can help thank you

Create a series of some sort, that way people will subscribe so they can figure out what happens next.

I have the same problem, I have 40-60 views on some of my videos, but only have 20 subs

Also, from what I udnerstand, January is a very slow month generally on Youtube, so it could be a sign of the month, and you may get growth in February. But I feel you, I could do with more subs

Hm, I thought January and February is just slow when it comes to ad revenue, 'cause of burnt out ad budgets and such. Why would it affect views or viewer interaction?

jaanuary is a slow month for cpm and earning moeny, nothing to do with views and subs...

Actually, I believe December and early January are the slowest for _views_ because of Holidays. But anyway, getting past the first 100 subs, and getting your videos to the point where each gets at least 100 views is pretty difficult. It's like starting a business--expect a loss the first year. You might do great in your first year, but, I wouldn't expect it. Growth will be painfully slow for a while. You'll feel like you are dragging to 100 subs.

I've found that viral videos are the fastest way to raise your sub count, and with some research, you can predict what videos might go viral and when.
