What video is this specifically?
If there is a third party claim there is likely some visual or music owned by someone else. Let us know what the video is and I'll have a looky

It's hidden right now since i was preparing it to upload. It's a simple Lets play of a Cod Game, and i have never had any problems with it. I was able to add title and description by pressing them at the view page, but i can't add tags. In "Video manager" there is no Copyright notice.
Btw the video is in danish so you won't understand a thing.

Technicly if there is no copyright for a material, you can use it. However... if there aren't copyright agencies who takes care about the rights of the material, that doesn't mean they are not the right holders. For example, if u are using a music from some particular anonymous band, if they prove that the material originally belong to them, and they didn't agree so you can use it... it might have some consequences for u. very touchy subject...

What company is flagging up this copyright claim? is it Agora?
I have recently had a similar problem, I disputed it and won so if I can help as much as I can.

@Jimi well i have recieved no copyright notices at all so i guess there is nothing wrong with it? The only music i use is for my outtro, and the music is not copyrightet. Plus i use it in all my videos and there is no problems what so ever with them.

Have you had the option to acknowledge the copyright claim yet?
It took about 2 days for my "third part content" flag to appear in the copyright notices tab. Sadly my knowledge with this is limited but you should have an option to appeal the claim.

When did you notice this message? If it was just today I would probably leave it 24 hours and see what happens, keep an eye on that copyright tab. I had a similar thing and thought it was youtube being buggy, left it about 1 day and it appeared. Firstly it ask me if I acknoweldge the claim, I clicked yes (dont think you have an option for anything else), then you it tells you what company is claiming this and if you wish to dispute it, from that information I am sure people on here can help out.
Have you had an problems with copyright before or is this the first? I know they can limit your account like editting and publishing if you have an ongoing copyright claim (I experienced this which confused me like buggery!)
