Ok so first of all, unless network is offering something awesome that no other network has, you should not even consider any network that goes below 70/30 share or even 80/20. It also depends on what exactly you need. For example, I needed network for one reason only - ability to monetize all of my videos, because YouTube was giving me a hard time and disabling half of the videos, especially more popular ones and then refusing to accept my claims that I'm allowed to upload & monetize the stuff I (we) upload - despite having enough proof that it's allowed, but not having officially signed personal written permission - emails and website with legal notice weren't enough. So I started looking for any network with 80/20 share and higher. At the end, I picked Curse, but they told me they're unable to accept channel with tournament footage for whatever reason (I guess they only want content produced by people themselves or something like that) - I mean OK, it's their loss after all. Then I tried to contact ZoominTV, but their website is a mess, not to mention half of the pages not being filled out and on top of that, one of the e-mails I've used to contact them, which I found on their website, doesn't even work! Doesn't look very professional to me...
I wanted to apply for Freedom as well, since they have no lock-in and I just wanted to partner ASAP so revenue I'd make (or wouldn't make due to having reviews for monetization -.-) in the following days wouldn't go to waste (figuratively speaking of course, as it would still be on my adsense account but unavailable as long as I was partnered with other network and not directly to YouTube), but they were slower than I expected and in the meanwhile, Creative Nation had sent me invite which after reading the contract once again, I accepted. And funny thing is, although I never officially joined Freedom, but rather contacted them within a few hours that I would want to cancel my network application and they could save some time from reviewing a channel that is not going to join them - but they are still sending me e-mails like I'm their partner and I even got access to their YouTube channel. I'll probably let them know about it as I don't want to be double agent or a spy or something like that haha. Anyway, it's still too early to say whether CN is great or not, but I have to say I'm actively participating on their forums and there's a good group of people commenting on daily basis, so it's a good place to hang out and ask for advices as well. Revenue share is excellent, 90/10% and they seem to be paying within 40 days which is pretty good as well.
When it comes to Maker, I haven't read many good things about them and I personally didn't even consider them when I was looking for network. TGN is a good starting network from what I've seen/read/been told, so it's a decent option if you're not sure where else to go. No clue about RPM and considering this is their forum from what I've understood, I won't praise/bash them without knowing much about them.
Hope I helped at least a little bit with my experience/thoughts.
