Can You Be Partner If You Are Under 18

I was wondering if you could be partner if your under 18 due to the fact you need to be 18 and over to have a adsense account and a paypal. if you can be partner when you are under 18 how would you go about it. im not partner but i was just wondering how it would work.
 
I'm 17 and I got partnership when I was 16.. I had to get my dad to make an adsense account and then when I got the RPM contract I had to put my email and my dads email so they could contact him if they needed too :) so in answer yes.. but you need your parents to sign the contract and make an adsense/paypal account for you.
 
yea, you just need your parents to sign the contract and stuff, you can't if you are under 13 though
 
Yes. You can. But u have to use permission from your parents to use their Paypal account. I'm actually waiting until I am 18 in June because I will have my own Paypal and don't have to ask my parents for anything because I will become an adult. So it's ur choice if you wanna wait until your 18 or ask ur parents. As for now have fun with ur channel ;)
 
Oh yeah, Keep in mind, If you are in the US and you make more than 400$ on adsense in any one year, Your parents will have to pay taxes on your income.

What if we are 18 , live with our parents and have our own account. Do we still need to pay tax.
Isn't it 400 a month?
