I found a video trailer of the upcoming game mortal kombat x and it's under Creative Commons Attribution licence.
So , can I upload it on my channel ? will it be safe?
video link-

According to the license, yes it is okay if you give credit. I wouldn't put too much faith in it, though. It seems like it's for using in your videos, not just reuploading it. Also, are you really so desperate you'd upload the original trailer on your own channel? You're literally just begging for views if you'd stoop this low.

Why would you upload a trailer to your channel?....

Discussing the trailer is one thing, but simply uploading the trailer to get views... just no....

I have yet to see a game developer or publisher upload a trailer under the Creative Commons series of licenses. The channel you linked is not the developer or publisher of that game. They don't own the rights to the trailer which also means they don't have the legal right to assign the Creative Commons license to the trailer.

This is one of those cases that serves as an excellent educational opportunity. Unless the actual owner of the content has uploaded it under the CC license in the YouTube uploader, it's not Creative Commons. The license attached to YouTube videos can thus very often not be trusted unless it can be verified that the content belongs to that uploader.

I uploaded a month ago a COD trailer n but I did a review of it , not just re-uploading it , it was calimed as 3Rd party content , I disputed the claim and after a month they monitized the video
