I singed something but some poeple told me it was a pre contract, some told me it was the contract, but I have to accept their invite on youtube which makes me think I can decline it still

You're not bound to anything. If you decline their offer nothing will happen.

It was a channel Affiliate Agreement, but Fullscreen sent me the same thing when I applied, and the declined me so.....

Fullscreen sent their version, same thing, saying the same thing, I signed it and they declined me

Fullscreen is different, they get you to sign the contract and then look over your channel (if you're declined they just don't counter-sign the contract)
But with Machinima, they look over your channel, then send the contract, ten counter sign it and send you the invite (if they don't accept you, you never even get sent the contract.
