Can I post demo gameplay with commentary?

Can I post demo gameplay with commentary? And then just put the copyright disclaimer in the description? All gameplay videos I post are fine but idk if it changes because its a demo. Thanks

I imagine you should be safe if its an open demo because most closed demo betas of games don't allow it but an open one you should be fine

Copyright disclaimers don't do anything at all, just to let you know. You could try uploading the demo and see what happens. If there's copyright, just take it down & post your regular content Good Luck

It's just a gameplay demo downloadable on the xbox dashboard. The game comes out in a few weeks. So I take it that would be considered an open demo?

Ya should be if its on the xbox dashboard i mean if it was closed than why would it be on the xbox dashboard

I do it all the time without commentary so I would imagine your even safer than I am if your doing it with commentary.

In short should be fine buddy
