Camtasia problems :/ Can some1 explain?

So i have a question about Camtasia

I record gameplay with camtasia because the fps stays pretty stable and the filesize isnt humongous xD But the problem is that when i render a video, it doesnt render in 30fps Well with me it just doesnt render with 30fps :/

Is there like an option to do that? I really need mah vids to be rendered in 30fps

I use Camtasia to record my screen captures of the software I use to produce music, I never really bother with the settings too much since all footage will be loaded into After Effects or Premiere afterwards. Somehow all my screencaptures come out at 15 fps, while the final exported video from Premiere ends up at 25 fps.
