Thats only the real high ends one's at local photography shops if you can find them you will be able to pick them up for 100 or so +
The cheap fluid heads usually aren't even fluid heads, they use different mechanisms and methods to smooth the movement. A lot of them are pretty decent, but you will really notice a difference.
