Camera angles?

So I'm recording using my iPhone to start with till I get a better camera and a stand. But what would you say is the best camera angle and placing for recording vlogs?
For example, looking into the camera that is high up, or face level? Should my face be directly int he centre of the screen or off place a bit?

Having your face centered makes cropping easier.
Place it so that we get your better side.
Try avoiding filming up your nose or in your ear.

Also lighting is important. As i think everyone should know.

I like being in shot off to the side, if you divide your shot into nine, I place myself along the intersecting lines, usually the top ones.

Put sunglasses on backwards, and film from behind. It's about being unique.

Its really down to you, whatever you think fits best
I like eye level and centered but I think I might swap it up a little
Just don't have it too low
