Buy video in a chhanel

The OP has started 2 threads about the same topic, and clearly English is not their strong point. Why must people joke and make flippant comments that only serve to confuse the OP? He / she is taking your comments seriously and replying to them seriously because his / her English is not good enough to understand sarcasm/nonsense. It's just wasting their time.

The OP wants to buy kid related videos to convert into their own language. If you have something constructive to say regarding the matter, say it. Otherwise stop trolling the OP's threads. I personally don't find the trolling witty or funny.

They didn't start serious threads for people to post silly comments. I didn't feel comfortable with it happening in their first thread, and now that it is happening again I feel compelled to respond.

Well; personally the reason I've been doing it is because it seems quite frankly a pointless thread/threads (And a little disingenuous at that) rather than trying to build there own youtube channel up or even work to collaborate with someone to make new and interesting content this user has created an account and used almost all the posts they've made for the sole purpose of trying and solicit someones youtube channel off them. they havent indicated any specific budget publically for how much they would be willing to part with nor is there any guarentee of security or safety involving the transaction from either the poster or the youtube owners perspective. In fact I reported the first thread that was created a few weeks ago because to my eyes it was so blatantly baited spam aimed at trying to wrangle a better established youtube channel off a potentially more susceptible and vulnerable member of these boards that I not only couldnt take it seriously but I was genuinely concerned that if it were allowed to stay up it would cause a lot of potential trouble... I dont think that this thread is any different to the original one the OP made which has drifted down stream and at this point its still basically someone with no real board presence and a low post count aiming to "Get rich quick" by basically saying "If your channels good enough I want to buy it off you" with almost no board credibility to back up any kind of legitimacy...even if the above isnt the case I would be fairly confident in saying that anyone posting on a forum designed to constructively build up a youtube channel would have absolutely no interest in selling there youtube channel to this user because for the scale that the OP is looking for (an established audience and videos with plenty of views) it would have taken so many hours/days/weeks/months/years to build up that channel that most would rather just "Rest" there established accounts than sell them off...again; Im not saying that noone has EVER sold there youtube channel to a randomer Its quite a common occurence. Im just saying that the lack of any kind of establishment coupled with the kind of scale this user seems to be looking for just screams "Scam" to me...

As a result im more than happy to "Take the micky" with this thread...might as well have a bit of fun with it...not to be mean spirited mind. I'd never purposefully lead someone on...but calling my posts "Trolling" seems a bit excessive. just a bit of fun to help pass the time in a thread thats unlikely to get a resolution...

Hi @TYTD ,

I must admit, I was a little surprised when I saw your reply to the OP and couldn't understand what you were talking about. Having said that, I had not seen the OP's other thread at the time and I'm still only aware of two threads that they have started.

I may be wrong, but I did not understand the post in the same way as you at all.
It looks to me like they are suggesting buying a creators videos, not their entire channel. They would then translate them into a different language and create a new channel, including all of the SEO that goes with that. All of this would be with the approval of the creator and for an agreed fee.

Whilst I think it would be more profitable for the OP to enter an agreement to translate closed captions for multiple channels, I do understand what they are trying to achieve and it's an interesting idea.
I don't think it will work...but it's interesting.

English is not the mother tongue of the OP, and they do not seem to have much experience with YouTube either, so it's easy to misunderstand them. Personally I was not annoyed in any way by your post or the other post that was taking the micky. I was a little confused though.

Can we please stay a bit more on topic? Whether we like the idea or not, it's common for businesses to buy licenses to use another person's video material -- it happens all the time with the news. Many YouTuber's use big-name branded stuff without even asking, so at least this thread is discussing some kind of agreement with compensation to use the content. It's interesting to think it could be used in a way to reach a completely new audience.

It can be tricky when replying to someone who doesn't speak a lot of English. It's important to stay away from slang and words with a double-meaning. Let's please try to stay respectful.

@TYTD and @Ocean Chan

OP's request is perfectly valid. He wants to license content in return for payment. Nothing wrong with that. Please stop derailing / trolling. This isn't the chillout sub-forum.

(No need to reply to this and derail the thread even more. - Thank you)

All posts from this point on need to be ON TOPIC.

Thank you for understanding me. Well my purpose on the thread, I want to get an agreement with the creator regarding reuse their videos in my own language. Yes, I have no experience at all with Youtube. if agreement was made, i will then create a new channel. But before that I will have to spend more on video script, video translation, graphic....etc all of these which i think still less then the creator who was spending more then me.

I am not good in English i wish to tell more but as you may know it is hard to say. I hope everyone know the creator of a Channel (Tayo The Little Bus) so that I can have a discuss.

Thanks[DOUBLEPOST=1514967880,1514967808][/DOUBLEPOST]

You are so good. Thank you

Hi chol7024,

Youtube now has many new rules about kids videos, and many popular kids videos have been deleted because of the new rules.

You can read about the problem here:

yttalk.com/threads/youtube-is-removing-videos-are-you-affected.271918/

So make sure that the kids videos that you want to buy do not break any new rules, even if they are popular.

Now is a bad time for kids videos.
