I can't put fear in him. He's tall, unscarable and I'm a tiny midget that looks half his age.

Tell your family and have them call them call the police. Once you get a restraining order for him he can't legally even get close to you. If he does he'd get locked up in juvie, so you have nothing to worry about.

I agree with Qazplm, but you need to do that as soon as possible before your bruises heal...
 
I would have to say talk with your family as they will be able to help you and if you've talked with teachers and they are not listening then go to a deputy principle or even the principle but if they don't do anything then bring the police into it as what is being done is not morally or humanely right so it should be dealt with asap.

Wonderspud... you are asking the wrong people for help. Parents, Teachers, Police. In that order. Internet should never be part of this equation.
