Branding?

What does it mean by Branding? What general things does this apply to? Please, help! I am very confused!

If anyone can explain that would be great!

Branding generally refers to your Banner, Avatar, Intro, Watermark, Outro, Logos.

Example: You join a network and they send you a branding kit which includes all of their assets (things mentioned above) so that you can use them in your videos.

Anyway, I believe branding means creating your own brand through your channel. As Sykute mentioned above, it has to do with your banner, avatar, etc. and creating a brand for yourself, which people will immediately see and notice it's your channel. Also the logo is an extremely big part of that. When people see the logo, they think of you and your videos. That's very important.

Load your logo in a 1920x1080 project, move your logo to the top left or right, then change your opacity to 20%, and finally save as a PNG BAM!

To your videos? Use your video editor to add the watermark, make sure your put your watermark in the top most layer so it will be sure to show.
