Blue Snowball not very sensitive HELP

i have had my blue snowball for quite a while now and its always been the same. its supposed to be a very sensitive mic but i don't find that. I have to digitally turn it up, sorry i am not familiar with the technical terms of sound recording. anybody else having the same problem?

Have you gone into mic settings in control panel and adjusted the levels? I has the same problem, but I raised the levels to the max and it is great now.

Yes it has always been on max
