Gaming BIG Minecraft Server Idea?

Hello guy's what is up ever one i would like to as if you want to do something not just for us but are viewers, let's say let's start a Minecraft Server! We Start Small And Then We become a huge server. But before all these we need builders YouTuber's staff and more. This can benefit many people who YouTube or even the builders.

I would like to start a server to have fans and have a good time, i don't want to go on the minecraft forums because you really get no good people.

I would like to make the server MultiServer and MultiWorld, with factions, towny, skyblock, hunger games, Creative, and more. or Just one? it's up to the group.

We would also love coders for some code for custom Plugin's or even for the site like Html, or css, c++.

I've Hosted 5 Servers Before but i would like to work with more people i was a tech support intel they just used me and got rid of me.

i have domain for the server if we do plan to do this.

also you guy's can do video's with me on the server or even other's on the forum or even the server, it's all up to you.

also we will be needing staff that i can trust,
Admin 3 Admin really have to trust?
Head-Mod: 1 Person Need trust?
Mods: 4 People Need Trust?
Chat-Mods: 8 People Need Trust?

and if you do not get creative in your rank don't ask for it

This is awesome! I have a private server with my friend and I've currently built a restaraunt, rec center (with fully functional, original mini games and a pool :P) and a battle center (again more mini games :P) and other things so I have experience
