Hi i'm looking for the best video lighting i can get for a cheap price. i will be recording from a webcam from a pc. I found the CN-160 but i realized i needed a tripod. will that LED light screw on to the vivitar tripod 50"? Or is cameras the only thing that can be screwed on tripods?

You can get a cheap clamp light housing from Walmart for about $6 USD. Then buy a Bluemax blub online. They claim to have a 94CRI rating. The bulb alone should run you about $10-$15.
