Best Video Editing Software

What is the very best software for editing videos besides sony vegas just wondering I have sony vegas but is there anything better then it :D

Certainly not PowerDirector. It's what I use and it's very buggy. I can make decent videos with it and I definitely need software that does automatic video syncing from multiple cameras. But it is a resource hog and renders error results rather than going back and trying again, so it's not uncommon to spend 35 minutes waiting for a video to render just to find out it has an error in it.

Adobe Premiere is indeed a good editing program, as @LyfeWithDragons has stated. If you're a student, you can pick up the Adobe Creative Cloud for $20 a month, too.

It's hard to point out the best editing software available as we all have different needs and each one is unique in its own right.

If Vegas is doing what you want then this question leaves no benefit, as no doubt others like Adobe Premier will probably do the exact same as what you're currently doing in Vegas.

Just wondering what version of PowerDirector do you use?

I use PowerDirector because it renders and uploads videos automaticly. Although, i'm very pleased with it, the "Edited with PowerDirector" watermark that it adds in the start of the video annoys me and i can't seem to find a way to remove or disable it.

I was using version 8 for years and it was slow and buggy. I upgraded to 13 because I needed multi camera auto syncing. I was glad to find some bugs had been fixed. And disappointed to find other bugs in their place.
