Best Software for Facecams

I've tried obs but it takes too much processing speed and I usually use windows movie maker but it seems that it likes to lag. So is there a program that requires low processing speed but doesn't lag too often?

You could also try Camtasia Studio 8 ?
With that program you can record gameplay / sound / facecam at the same time and it's also an editing program so you can edit your facecam or whatever
