Best Promotion Strategy for Brown people centric video

Hi, I am really new here. I have just put a new video out - 10 Rules to make Indian Parents Happy. I want to target a specific audience who would be able to enjoy the video.
I am not sure how to effectively promote for this.
Please advise.

Try social media, join pages on FB, maybe pages that have to do with Indian Community Groups and share it on there. That's all I would know to target that audience. Have your family share the video as well.
 
Try adding Hindi tags and a paragraph in the description in Hindi (into the English description). Also Hindi CC and translate the titles/description via the other languages tab in YT. If there's not much competition for those tags in Hindi, your video might jump right to the top after a few hundred views.

The video language is primarily in English. There are a few hindi tag lines, and I have provided CC for them. I will try adding hindi tags in the description. Good idea, Thanks. :-)
