Best partner program for CPM and revenue share?

Here we go again: MCN does not affect your CPM (if you are not in their Premium ad pull that is very unlikely).
Only your audience affects on it. In other words: changing MCN won't make your CPM grow.
 
What kind of video do you make? A lot of factors can change your cpm like how long your video is, what kind of ads you have on the video, your viewer demographics, etc etc.
