Best lapel/lavalier mic for under £100

After shooting for a couple of months using my shotgun mic to record sound, I've decided that a lapel mic will give me a better sound quality to record my voice whilst filming in the kitchen.
I'm after a mic that can connect to my Zoom H4n - so either xlr or 1/4" jack.
I've been suggested the Audio Technica Pro70 mic, but it's a little bit more that I'd like to spend. Does anyone have any experience with this mic or have any other suggestions?

Just don't buy any cheap lapel mics on amazon. They break easaly.
My friend bought a Sony lapal mic and he says its pretty good

Or you could try to get a mic stand and a dynamic microphone. When recoding, just place it right out of the frame of veiw and I think you could get better audio from that.

I'll take your advice and not get a cheap one, but I don't think my budget can stretch to a Sony lapel mic for another couple of years! I'll also have a go at placing my shotgun as close as possible to me but still out of shot - just need to borrow another mic stand/tripod from somewhere...

Yeah I've heard the Rode smartlav+ are good for their price, but I really want one I can plug into my Zoom without using an adapter. I'm happy with wired mics though.
 
But adapters reduce the sound quality - and if I'm thinking about getting a new mic to improve my sound quality I don't want to immediately reduce it!
 
I've learnt something there! I always thought they reduced sound quality.
But unfortunately as 3.5mm jacks are unbalanced and more likely to pick up interference, I'd still like to get an xlr one if possible. My journey for the perfect mic continues....
