I don't understand. If the video's author allows embedding (i.e., sharing), how is it a copyright violation?

If you create a playlist with yours and other popular videos - it could be beneficial.
Just re-uploading other popular videos on your channel is very bad idea.

In my channel, I do have a playlist (titled "Statistics"), which displays instructional videos for college students. The new playlist (to be titled "Music") would display popular music videos for the convenience of students.

However, I am concerned about KiddieToysReview's comments. Is he right?
