I really don't know either, i've just seen that this network has recieved alot of hate here on this forum.. Btw i have your channel on my featured channels, haha!

I've not seen 1 shred of evidence to support any of these claims. The people haven't been paid because they haven’t reached the 100 dollar threshold.

Technically they don't break any laws. But morally they are very dubious. They will accept a channel with 10 views a week or less, which means that they will never reach the $100 threshold required for payment, which means that many partners' contracts end without ever being paid (a network isn't obliged to pay you until you reach that threshold), but the whole while ATV are making money off the few views you do get. It's just shady. They shouldn't prey on small channels like that.

Basically as Frankie said, they partner anyone and since the threshold is so high, you will never make money. But they will out of the tiniest views you get. So yeah, it is pretty bad.
