(I am just listing what I know from people from Forela/Avok, and what they say on their website.) :) Your best bet is probably to contact some of their partners and ask them how they think AvokTV is. :D

I am in no hurry what so ever
 
1. Network recruiters will say anything to get you in, ANYTHING! "We have 1 day contacts" "We have $7 CPM" "We will promote you" .. b******t! Don't ever trust a recruiter.
2. It's a new network, i'd suggest stay away from newer networks that are just starting out.
