Average growth speed?

I'm curious if the rate my channel is growing at is normal or slow. Compared to others I feel like mine is a bit slow, but I want to know for sure. How many subscribers did you get when you first started (in a day, week or a month) and how many subscribers do you get now daily/weekly/monthly? I've had my channel for a month and currently have 10 subscribers and 121 views. Thanks!

Realistically its all different for people, i have had my channel for a month of uploads and i have 38 subscirbers, its how you promote yourself everywhere and what you like doing etc. If people sub for sub, then they may as well quit youtube because sub for sub is the most pointless thing ever, and you do not gain anything from it.
 
it's different for everyone when I just started I was at like 10 with maybe only 150 views! I think it all depends on how you are promoting the video
 
different type of channels man, gaming channels can get that big easily off the keywords and bunch of people like watching other people play games. why do you think almost all the new channels on YTtalk are gaming channels, it's a big piece of pie that everyone is clamoring for with low barriers of entry.

A channel like yours, which is cool, is going to be hard to grow because there aren't any keywords that people are going to find you from and it's animation about your personal stories. People usually like to put a face on a vlog if you are doing personal stories and if you don't want to appear on screen then the animation must be top notch or some sort of niche. Find a niche, ways to promote yourself and keep creating good content. Best of luck to your channel.
