arogant yourtubers?

Lanorc

I Love YTtalk
Why are new youtubers the most arogant?! i try to help.. then they say what they do is not easy blablablbla ( i know it isnt) then get all p****d of and crap! its soo anyoing! i love to help people, i know how hard it is to do things.

Should i just let it go? is it bad that i help, and tell people what you do can be better by small things?

People take Youtube too seriously. Unless you make a living (pay rent, buy gas, eat food, have fun) all from Youtube money, then it shouldn't be such a big deal. People with like 200 views act like it's their job sometimes

It depends how you are trying to help them, what sort of situation leads to them getting p****d off?

some one just throwing in special effects from sony vegas pro... and htinking its SUPER hard and stuff .. while there is a synq button and everything.. and i say that you need to do mroe then draging effects in a video

Maybe it's just their personality? There are a lot of headstrong people out there, even I can be in some respects although not in youtube.

Well, I could see how that would be a bit offensive to someone, and possibly make them angry. You're basically dissing their video and saying they aren't working hard enough (which might very well be the case, but I don't think you can't really be surprised if they start to get a bit defensive). Everyone is at different stages of their video making journey. Some people are capable of making really awesome full on action movie sequences from scratch, others are just starting off and can only use drag and drop special effects.

Well someone asked me why his minecraft videos didn't get that many views and I said he maybe should try some other game and he wasn't very happy about that, so from that moment I just don't help people anymore. Just kidding I still help people, but some people just can't take critic or advice.

no, thats wrong. 1 person complains that it took him forever, and i told him its great! but, how he edited , i told him, now work from there :) and ont use the effects any longer like a childs play ground.[DOUBLEPOST=1371393640,1371393582][/DOUBLEPOST]
It depends on how you apporoach them. When I've given people constructive criticism they've always appreciated it.
i always do :) just there to make them reach there next goal better.

Yeah. I guess it's just all on how you word it, and if they asked for advice. A lot of time, people don't want advice if they didn't ask for it. But even when you say "and dont use the effects any longer like a childs play ground" that comes across a bit condescending to me (even though I'm sure that's not what you intended).
