Nope! I put a widget on my phone that shows my live subscriber count. No emails.

How did u do that?

I didn't get notified for about two weeks, but it looks like things are back. I am receiving notifications again as well as subscriber updates. I think it was due to the past glitches and updates on youtube in the past weeks

I only get E-mails about subscribers who have their subscriptions public.

Mine was turned off for awhile but I turned it back on. Click Youtube profile icon in upper right hand corner, then click little gear settings icon, then notifications on the left. Here is the setting that needs to be checkmarked in order to get sub emails:

I’d like to receive email updates from YouTube about:
General updates, announcements, and videos
x My YouTube channel: updates, announcements, and personalized tips

I think that's the one I changed and then started getting emails again.

I don't want to keep getting notified for anyone who is subbing to me lol it will be very annoying to be notified several times a day. But be sure to check if you tapped the notifications off or not and it will be fixed

I got an email for my latest sub wh subbed to me two days ago.

You stop getting those mails after 1000 subs.
