Are the 100 subs really the hardest

Reply to everyone that comments! Be knowledgeable and humble. Sometimes add something not quite right to your videos and people comment on it. I spend every spare second replying atm. Get the phone app. It alerts you to new messages/comments. Im currently averaging 10 organic subs a day for the last 5 days. Up to 161 now and added two in 5 minutes as I wrote this. I dont hide my subs. I hate it when others hide it. If your good enough they will come, they will share, they will return. Btw always be uploading helps!
Im around 4000 views every 48 hours. Only a week ago I was happy at 2000 per day.

100 subs is hard and so is the next but once you get a flow people will come more regularly but remember stagnate subs mean nothing they must also participate on your channel, s4s sucks dont do it it wont help you many people have said so

its a really long process to build yourself, or to try and build a name for yourself but dont ever give up hope because one day, you'll be where you want to be, you gotta believe in yourself and never give up

Yeah I have had a really really hard time too. I'm at 43 and been getting a few subs a week at best. I upload gaming stuff but maybe I should switch it up

Its easier but not too much of a dramatic change that you will notice the difference
