I have trouble with time management too. Youtube is a job in itself, and when you add in a full time job and a social life, and classes in my case, I feel like all my time is taken up. Recently I did make a change where I left my job I disliked and started working in the media industry, and that has done a lot not only for my time to work on my channel, but for the creative energy I have left over at the end of the day.
But because I'm still not used to regularly making videos, and I still do have classes and a social life, it still is a little difficult to schedule sometimes. I work at this by having a clear concept for a project and setting a firm deadline for getting it uploaded. And having one "productive day" where I get as much done on my videos and schoolwork as possible. When I'm being productive for long enough I can get into a rhythm I call "the zone," where I tune out the world around me and knock out a lot of work.
