Anyone else ever had problems rendering?

Its like a yellow thin line above your tracks, heres a picture showing you what it is, its on my latest video. Its the highlighted part.

I had a look at the project file and yeah I had that selected the entire thing before rendering each time, so the yellow markers were in the right place. I think its due to my CPU being maxed out as I render.
