Anyone dealing with late payments from ZoominTV?

Hey Everyone,

I'm with a network that runs through ZoominTV and have been told that they are having trouble with payments, but they are handling it. Is anyone else having this problem?
 
There was a Paypal issue last month which was essentially a one time thing. No issues this month though.

Are you sure there are no problems with October payments? They said they're working on it.

Who "they" are you referring to? Zoomin has said nothing of payment problems to me. I operate a Zoomin VN and all 73 of my partners were paid correctly and on time.
I'm with Foxital, which I thought was under ZoominTV.
 
They may have started that way, I don't know. At present, they appear to be their own MCN if socialblade is to be believed. This would make them responsible for their own payments, not Zoomin.

But my Paypal payments are being sent under the name Jaap van den Berg, who works for ZoominTV.
 
According to Zoomin, your channel may have "suspicious" activity and they will "hold" your payment until they receive a reply from YouTube.

How do you know this? Do you work with ZoominTV? Also, I was told that it was a glitch in the system, was this a lie?
