Please tell me what I should do to improve. Been researching for moths! Please don't say the stuff that you can find anywhere. I try almost everything.:help::banghead:Thank you!!!!!!!! I need to know what I am doing wrong right now!
 
it's all about finding your audience, the things people say all the time are the things that work, upload regularly, promote yourself all over the internets, communicate with your subscribers etc. you do them all effectively and slowly but surely your view count will increase :)
 
My channel has the same thing, but u got to have patience. The audience dont come for one day or a night :)
just enjoy and keep making videos if u are enjoy makin them ofc ! :)

a month is not that long bro, veeery few people get popular in such a short time, even some of the biggest are only so big because they've been at it since 2008/2009
 
Quality, frequency, variety ( depending on what your doing ), channel appearance, advertising, they all factor in...hell consider yourself lucky... I'm sitting at 4 subs with 260 views... I just started about 4 months ago with using my account for uploads...but I've had it since 2006
 
I would definitely suggest posting more regularly. You put in your description "new videos every once in a while." which is fine but a lot of youtubers subscribe because there will be fresh content more often. Find a steady flow for releasing content. From first hand experience, as soon as I started posting 1 video per week I saw my subscriber count rise dramatically. It's a slow process but just keep working at it! :)
 
You should be happy for the subs you have. It takes time to gain an audience. There is nothing you can do to just magically gain subs. Just keep working at it. I have been here for a long time and know that you are not going to become some superstar overnight. I don't know where people keep getting that from..
