Your channel seems to be a mishmash of a lot of different things. I had a browse and I think you do some things well and some things not. Your tutorial stuff has potential but its a little basic and your commentary is a little flat. You don't sound very interested, or happy when doing it. Maybe think happy thoughts, or do something you enjoy before doing a 20 minute long tutorial. I mean seriously sell it to keep your audience interested in those.
Your game videos could probably be dropped. I think you should scrap the webcam too as it seems to have massive focus problems where you are not even moving. Every ten seconds seems to be a massive blur. Something that I tell a lot of people here is to have a goal, or topic when recording a game video. You need to catch the interest of your audience in those first few seconds of the video and you spend a lot of time mumbling, or yammering on about something odd. My solution would be to pick a game you really like and then teach your audience all about it. Make a video per topic on that game and just spend time explaining it as loud and clear as possible. Really lift your voice up and use those vocal chords.
Now I say this because I saw that you did a cover of Switchfoot song and you know what? It wasn't actually bad. You did really well with singing that song. Why not make half your channel music covers and the other half tutorials? Don't try and cover too many categories, or certain sections will feel less loved than others when it comes to that audience and it will just lead to stress.
Anyway you did a good job with that song and it shows you have the vocals to pick your voice up higher if you wanted to. Is there something stopping you? Nervousness? Folks at home at the same time? I'm not sure but if you can do song covers then you should be able to talk at that level too.
Again with the focus of what to make your channel I think you should maybe combine the animation one with the tutorials and maybe show how to do those animations instead. Kill two birds with one stone and make those videos not just you stuck in an editor. Show examples of how to animate your Minecraft videos and give ideas, or even create things that your viewers suggest and then put them into videos.
