Animation Software ????

need to know some animation software were i can make cartoons , preferably free but i dont mind paying starting a new series and i need to make a cartoon while i talk over it thanks

if you want free you can use Microsoft Paint and just create multiple pictures for your animation and do a screen grab of each picture one by one. Then you can put it into some video editing software and make them playback in slideshow mode at a high frame rate.

With all due respect that sounds really tedious! Then again, that's how animation can be sometimes.

Are these free? I was actually looking for animation stuff the other day and made some stupid videos with my phone. I was searching all day trying to find how they made this video and never figured it out.

You can try torrenting Flash or Toon Boom. Two good programs for 2D animation. Go animate sucks
