Am I doing something wrong?

Hi guys thanks for coming to my aid. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what but growth has come to a halt. I just curios to know is there something about the channel that might be driving people away. I know it takes time an I am patient but I just want to know if I'm responsible or if its just a dry spell (praying its not). Any feedback would be extremely helpful :)
 
You channel does not look bad. You could set up a dedicated channel trailer and brand your thumbnails a bit better.
I personally don't get this vlog over gameplay idea but there seems to be an audience for it. Nevertheless you miss to lead viewers to other videos of yours e.g. via an end card.
Are you promoting your videos in social groups that are about your content or probably via adWords?

Yea Thumbnails are a big issue for me currently attempting to fix that soon, as for an outro card I did intend to have one made for me very soon just waiting on someone. I do use social media to promote, and I will be making a dedicated channel trailer very soon I just need to do the audio for it.

I think your channel is fine. Some of the thumbnails aren't too hot, but you've already said about fixing it. Your video content is good quality too, the sound and recorded game play are good. I actually watched a few of your videos and decided to subscribe to you. :) I guess keep going, maybe it's a short term thing and the subscribers will pick up again?
 
You don't need to wait for the end card. You can already place annotations on the end of existing videos. That may not be as pretty but nevertheless do the job. Start with your most successful videos.
 
I'm thinking a lot of people are back in school at the moment. My channel had a similar thing where it just absolutely stopped.
