Am i doing something wrong?

The nerdy guy in the cool hat!
I feel like everything i do on my channel muffled, i have to fight for every single sub and it takes a huge effort to get a video to even break 100 views.

Sometimes i feel like there is some evil force out on the internet that is actively working against me. Is my channel bad? do i make bad videos? what is it about me that is so off putting that i have to work extra hard to even many a little headway?

Eh. Doing better than me guy. I would try to work on grammar though. Not to be mean but doesn't look professional or helpful if you do not capitalize or use grammar in your sentences correctly. Just saying.

how about no, next person please

I think you're doing fine. Uploading regularly and consistently is key to success in YT. It doesn't have to be once a day but once a week is good for a channel like yours. Your schedule over the last month looks fine, but before that, there were big gaps which will have harmed your growth. So basically I think the number of views you have got over the last month over those 9 videos is what I'd expect for a newish channel. It can be disheartening at the beginning, but it gets better / easier / more fun !

LOL I feel the same way. I put a lot of effort into my episodes and aside from a few loyal fans, I'm lucky if my vids get 100 views within a few months.

It is simple.
YouTube algorithm tries to keep all the channels in certain niche small except for the top 0.01 or rather 0.001%. You are not dealing with normal Gaussian distribution hear. The lower values (small channels) are very heavily over represented. It is by design.

Also you are competing in one of the most heavily saturated niches - general vlogging. The only way for your channel to be upgraded to next level is to show outstanding viewer retention times.
Good luck!

PS. Another possibility is to try to make a gateway video, a video assigned by the algorithm to high throughput keyword search cluster but be careful with this approach as it can compromise the integrity of your channel.
