I want to make a product and advertise it on my YouTube videos. This product is on my website, and it's a paid tutorial on how to become successful on YouTube. I was curious if I'm allowed to post the link to the website in the description and comments of my videos? Thanks!

Don't quote me on this, as I haven't been here long, but I'm pretty sure that if you upgrade to a VIP Membership, you have the ability to access the video-sharing forums (you can't copy-paste your links in other forms) as well as add a video into your signature, which could help get you some extra views!

I meant on YouTube itself. If I put the link (in the description of my videos) going to my website selling a product, is that allowed?

Yes YouTube allows you to sell stuff from your videos. I think there are some guidelines you have to follow but I've seen other YouTubers selling their products through their videos.

Sure, you can post it in the description, annotation and cards.

I think they only allow approved sites in the annotations/cards but if it's your personal site you can link it as an associated site and get it approved.
