Allow a fan to make a montage of your videos or not?

If it were me I'd maybe also do a "background check" (for lack of a better term) on the person asking to do this. Basically just to check from what other things they have online that there's no reason why you should be concerned about allowing them to have footage of an underage girl (although I suppose you've already thought about what's in the videos when they went online).
I hate to think that way and I'm sure it's an innocent request but it's something to consider if the request seems sketchy.
Other than that if it were me I'd request that it wasn't monetised and possibly also ask for them to first upload it privately for me to review before making it publicly available.
 
You all have really come through for me, thanks so very much! Yes, as a parent, safety is first and foremost on my mind. We take a risk posting anything of our kids online and I most definitely don't want to increase that risk. That's primarily what worries me most about allowing the montage by another user. What I did was published the comment with their request, saying thanks and then asking them to DM me so we could chat about it. So far I haven't heard anything back. I'm glad I waited and asked you all about it, it's been super helpful in thinking it through. It's just really so crazy how many kids just make videos of themselves doing gymnastics, taking odd requests from other people and then posting them without any thought to it! I bet their parents don't even know! It's pretty scary, to be honest!

Hello all! A quick little update. I ended up never hearing anything back from the other person. However, now I think I'll know how to handle it in the future. Thanks again for everyone's input!
