Advice on getting views or subscribers?

Some more tips is to interact with the Youtube community. I got a lot of views on my videos from posting comments on genres similar to my videos. Posting video responses to popular videos is another way to get more views.

True definitely networking seems the big way to do it......the community i will say has been very nice and welcoming![DOUBLEPOST=1373515676,1373515619][/DOUBLEPOST]
Honestly, you are all in the right place in order to build a community you have to interact with the community and make good content from there I feel anyone on this forum would be willing to be apart of your channel

True content is important....and the community has definitely been very helpful to me so im definitely making use of this community!

I'm currently struggling with the similar problems as of now too, but what has seem to work for me (even on a small scale), is getting your name out there, interacting with the audience, responding to comments, and of course uploading videos that I enjoy. As far as subscribers, I don't really go crazy over them because unless they are watching your videos, most subscribers seem to be dormant/inactive which does not benefit your videos in general.
