Adsense? Click bombing?

WickedSightArtist

I Love YTtalk
So in August (when I turn 18) I plan to sign up to adsense and hopefully start earning some money off of my youtube, but a few people have told me to be careful of click-bombing?

Is it quite common and is it worth the risk to earn money ??

I've got adsense.. never had a problem with clickbombing, but I've moved over to a network now so I wouldn't know now. I did use it for like 5 months though :) never had a problem :)

I have some friends that never had any problem with adsense and still use it, but also some people that got taken down a few days later because of click bombing and now their monetize tab has been disabled, so they can't join another network. So I wouldn't risk it and just wait for a network to join.

Honestly loads of people go with Adsense alone and never have a problem, it depends really how much the $ means to you and whether you plan to join a network, if you are planning to join a network in a couple of months anyway then there would be no point risking it but if you don't have any immediate plans then you might as well us adsense.

Never had an issue for me when I used AdSense for about 6 months, theres always a risk but I wouldn't say it's common. You can wait for a network for a bit more security but its really up to you if you think its worth it :)

Hmmm, so how else could I go about getting a partnership and still earning money other than using adsense? just in case[DOUBLEPOST=1367490538,1367490523][/DOUBLEPOST]
Not worth it.
When your account get's blocked you can as well just start over with another account.
Not worth it then?[DOUBLEPOST=1367490572][/DOUBLEPOST]

What other networks are there and what are their viewer requirements etc?[DOUBLEPOST=1367490627][/DOUBLEPOST]

What kind of networks are there? And i guess its safer to wait for a network then? I'm hoping by august my views will obviously be even better so what are their rough requirements would you say?

The only other route is a network partnership and for that its just about meeting their requirements and applying :)

Adsense isn't a network but when you join any network they will link your YouTube account to their adsense, they can review any claims of click bombing against them and dismiss them, in return for this and other features they take an extra % of your earnings. Google ALWAYS takes 45% no matter if you are with a network or not, if you then join a network they take a further % from the 55% that you have remaining.
