Adobe Premiere Pro CC/After Effects CC tutorials?

I know a bit about Premiere Pro, and I'm completely brand new to After Effects. I'd like to know how to use the basics, and then just figure it out from there. Does anyone know any good tutorials for beginners? Thanks

I have, but there's 1000s of videos like this; I just would like to know which ones worked best for people.
