Adobe Premiere Encoding problem

So I want to encode a 9 minute speed draw on adobe photoshop that I did but when I go to finish editing it in adobe premiere and export it, It says that it will take 33 hours to export it. I'm exporting it in H.64 youtube hd 29.

If you can please help. I dont want to leave my laptop on that long.

Do you frequently encode HD video on this laptop at much lower encode times? If so, I'd be checking encode settings. If not, it's because you're using a laptop.

Yea usually it only takes about an hour but it's being a meany

Couple of silly things to try. Pick a lower quality render and do a quick render first. Reboot the laptop and try the render right after a reboot.

I will try that but to do a quick render do I just go into the tab and click sequence>render entire sequince/ work area?

It could be possible that you're trying to encode the preview video instead of the finished video. That's happened to me before.

How do you ecode the actual video then bc what I do is click in the timeline, then I hit file>export>media then I save it as h.64 or whatever it is and have it 1080p

Well that's the correct way to do it. If you have a lot of effects on your video, it can sometimes take a real long time. Plus frame rate you're encoding is 30 fps. I don't know if you'll want to, but if you change it to 24, it'll go a little bit faster.

well I did a speed draw and I sped up the video from 20 minutes to about 9. And I have music and transitions and a text overlay but idk could that be why it's taking so long

Yeah, guess that's not an excuse for it to take that long to encode. I'm looking at my premier right now to see what else could be the problem. Is the yellow bar on the timeline set to end way after your video is over?
