If you have money to spend... Xsplit is top of the line can record console and PC all from one program $15.99 for 3 months. If you need free or cheap then you have more choices! Cam studio has a built in screen recorder(plus its and editing program) 100% free. OBS always has my vote along with Bandicam! Stay away from Fraps if u can has high output file sizes! Hope I helped. Stay Psychotic!

A little late but just wanted to add that if you have a compatible nvidia card you should use shadowplay. It only drops my fps by 5!
