Honestly, don't do it again. If you want a big sense of achievement, I highly recommend you take the normal road. It may take longer, but when you reach your goals, you will feel better than you would if you used other means.

Yeah I don't even have a thousand, but my three top videos are near 200 (one over) and they were all because I paid someone to promote my videos. I don't think I did anything WRON but it wasn't right either :(
 
I was advertising in the comments section of videos when I first started out. I think it's something a lot of us get curious about when we begin making videos. I don't really blame you. :)

That I also did but subxcess was a really bad move that actually HURT my channel...
 
Pfft, I don't care if people promote their channels. Besides, Everyone promotes a little bit, even if they don't use fancy sites to do it. Why do you think 90% of people joined this place? :P

To be honest I have no idea what Ukraine does with my vids xD All I know is I give him 50 cash and my videos get about 120 views *shrug* I just feel bad, because it's not my own promotion
