No there isn't. However there are things you can do to possibly GET a bigger fan base however its a small chance.
 
There's no secret. The secret ingredient is you. Make your videos like how 'You' would make them. Make 'em different. Make a different style for yourself.

Here are some tips:

1. Use reddit [It helps quite a bit]
2. Go to omegle and enter your channel type in the interests box and promote your channel and videos there. Its bound to work and you'll get subs who'd really like your videos.
3. Collab with other youtubers who are slightly bigger than you.
4. Make your videos interactive. Ask questions to your viewers, etc.
5. Do youtube for fun and just wait. Forget about the money, wait until you get big, because eventually, you will get big. Quality > Quantity. Be regular in uploading content.

That video is amazing. That guy is amazing.

It's hard to get tips about becoming successful who hasn't necessarily become successful yet. But there are good tips and different ideas to help put yourself out there and get some views and eventually grow your channel.
 
Sub4Sub, Box4Box and spamming other forum sites and Youtube channels to check out your videos. :cat2: Do all this and you are set!
