720p looking weird....

It seems that we believe it has to do something with my contrast isn't normal or something along the lines of my contrast.
 
Try disbaling resample. To do this in sony vegas pro right click your video on the timeline and go to switches (I think, it might be another one) and check disable resample. I'm not sure how to do this in other editing programs though. Just search how to do it on yours

It could be down to your computer, Maybe your friends is more advanced....some computers will run HD different than others....different shaders , textures etc.... atleast I think they do..:eek:

Not really, shaders and textures only come into play when you're talking about realtime rendering, watching a video is nothing more than pixels at the right place...

As you have have stated that this problem only occurs on your pc, and not on your friends', I recommend you update your flash player, see if that helps!
 
Clearly a mess up in the editing process caused either by youtube or the maker him/herself my videos come out beautifully in 720p and I rarely fiddle with them.
