71% tablet/mobile views

I put this here because mobile views tend to earn less or not even show any ads at all.

I was looking at a recent video I uploaded which should generate lots of views. I hadn't looked at my Devices tab in quite some time. Oh, my! Thankfully, my RPM is in the upper $2 range.

A lot of my users are mobile phone, which may explain why I get much lower in the RPM category compared to you Markkaz. May also explain that 1.5-2% category of mine, and yours 6%~, from last forum discussion.
 
thats a hell of a lot of the percentage though, damn, but i guess it aint all about the money, at least you content is being seen
 
Only upper $2 for family content? :wacky2:

I would say the family/ PG content is why it is mostly mobile, kids on their own/ parents tablets.

I would agree with this statement. I have an a lot older of an audience, older than you would think. Especially since some of my friends who i've done collaborations with have older audiences as well. Because of this I dont think many older people use tablets, which results in me having like 11% tablet usage, and higher phone use.

Agreed. A lot of my viewers are using the iPad. The parents are on the computer and the kids are next to them watching the iPad. (adult supervision)

Monetization is good. This is on 90K views.

There is a large portion of the populous switching over to their TV as well. But they do it in large part by streaming from their tablet or phone through devices like Chromecast.

It is a growing segment for sure. What category do you think that falls under? Unknown? Computer? TV?
