I was listening to a podcast last week and they were talking about youtube goals, and they are professional youtubers and all of them said they dont care about the sub count, but the views and view duration is what they really watch. I know for small youtubes like us we bank on subs, but a lot of the times subs to equal views, and we are all shooting for getting more views than the subs we have. I have 118 now (lost two this weekend?) but some of my videos have almost 500 views which is really awesome!
Just keep up the hard work and keep producing content, even if you arent getting 1,000 views on a video the 100-200 views your getting are your real core fans, and will be with you when your channel gets massive!
